Tamim the sales consultant gave me helpful suggestions about the equipment that would best suit my needs and kept me informed of when the installation would take place. Can Chen(technician) explained the installation in detail. Both were well-versed in the technical codes for gas installations. Can and his team did not rush the installation and left the work area tidy!
