The entire process of resolving our fireplace issue was absolutely perfect. From the day of the consultation, Ronnie was on time, honest, efficient and provided many options. There was always constant communication between myself and Ronnie (he was very patient with my numerous questions). On installation day, he and his crew were prompt, professional and exhibited the highest attention to detail. My home was left in the same state as it was when they arrived – excellent clean up. As a single mother on a tight budget, the price was extremely affordable. I would definitely recommend Walter Townshend & Sons to my friends/family.
