We recently had Matt from Modern Konstruction do the drywall for our basement renovation. Matt came out on the weekend and spent over an hour with us talking about the project and giving us advice. He provided us a written quote within a few days and quickly scheduled the work when we accepted the quote. We were very impressed with Matt's communication skills and he always answers his phone to answer your questions. The quality of Matt's drywall work was second to none. He was hard working and recommended several things to make the appearance of the rooms better. I had no reservations providing Matt access to our house and he exceeded all of our expectations.
