As we were closing the garage door, the cable suddenly snapped and we were unable to open it manually. Since this happened on a Friday night, we didn't bother searching for any company who would repair it because we assumed no one will do it on weekends. I only started looking up at Homestars Sunday night and I was impressed that Easy Flip Garage Doors do 24 hr emergency service. So I called them right away. I didn't bother calling any other company to compare quotes. i spoke with Grace and got an appointment first thing Monday morning. Mike came and he assessed the problem thoroughly. The spring, torsion drums and torsion bar all need to be replaced. He worked very efficiently and our garage door is good as new. Thanks.
