Thanks so much Jackie for taking the time to write a review. All feedback is crutial to provide the best experience we can. I know we were given a 6 and for our future clients to understand why, she felt we didn't get back to her in a timely mannor once the job was already completed. Unfortunately I was away for a week and we also had a death in the Platinum Pro family the week I was away so we had half our staff off to greeve the loss of their uncle. And unfortunately I was away during this time. We have since reached out to Jackie to ensure she was well taken care of now that we're back in full production.
