Vinyl Window Pro

We needed to replace our front door, the seal in the glass window had given out. We researched a number of solid wood door manufacturers, we noticed a neighbour on our street had a new "wood door", it turned out to be a fiberglass door from Vinyl Window Pro. The product looks that awesome and functions well (no drafts, opens & closes properly), we're going into our second winter. We also changed out 7 windows on the front of the house to update it's curb appearance (removed all the mulleins to plain glass) what a difference! New fiberglass door plus 7 new sealed units for less than the price of a wood door, great value.

The process went smoothly, initial consultation, measurement verification, installation, all completed when promised!

This past spring a sealed unit failed off our kitchen, we contacted Vinyl Window Pro, same process, same results! They provided the same level of service on the small repair as on the larger project

Avi came and gave me a price and a date of installation which he kept promptly
His installer was a very professional and clean
He did a great job installing all windows and removed all old windows with no extra charge

Excellent Service. Workers came on time, cleaned up after. Explained how the windows worked. We were very Pleased.. We recommended them to our neighbor and she has an appointment for window replacement at the end of the month.

Changed eight windows and and one entry door in July 2013.
Large Living Room old window was converted into a Bay Window.
I was not sure if they can make a good Bay Window.
Vinyl Window Pro did an excellent job for all windows, especially for Bay Window. Many neighborhood people stopped by and asked who the job.

Hmmm, I really do not think I could write all the great things that we are soooo pleased with! Konstantin came to our home on April 24th and then again on April 27th when my husband was home to see why I was so excited about Vinyl Pro windows!! First and foremost, we do not like and have never liked fast talking salesmen!! Konstantin is the exact opposite, being very friendly, easy to get along with and very informative. We saw many different examples and chose the one we thought would look best inside and outside of our home! He was not a fast talking salesman, nor was he pushy in any way, shape or form! Konstantin is the type of person anyone would want as a salesman!! We were so very excited when we ordered our windows and doors, with excellent advice from Konstantin, and couldn't wait for them to be installed! To our surprise, the order was ready 3 weeks ahead of time!! That in itself is impressive!! We got to see the Vinyl Pro team in action on May 20th! It was an amazing experience to watch them (sorry cannot remember their names) work so hard, to make our really yucky, ugly rotting old windows and doors look so beautiful, we do not even want to get any window curtains to cover the beauty that gives us warm fuzzies as we enjoy each day admiring them! We did of course get curtains for the bedroom windows though! The team was very efficient, pleasant, and a joy to have around! We still can't get over how different our home looks inside and outside! We feel we are in a brand new home! The windows are so easy to open and clean, we wish would have done this years ago! We have given recommends to some of our friends, and am sure they will be just as pleased and excited as we are! Vinyl Pro thank you a million times over for all your hard work, dedication and clean up after!! The windows also make each room look bigger than before, and the design of the new front door gives us more light!! As we drive along, we look at all the houses and observe them thinking how great they would look if only they came to Vinyl Pro!!

I had great experience with Vinyl Pro Windows. Konstantin was very honest about pricing, answered all of our questions and gave us constant updates. Installers were also very good at their job, new windows turned out perfect. Bottom line, with old windows in the morning our main floor temperature was around 16-17C, with our new windows its now at steady 20+C. I am more than happy how all of this turned out. Great company, great service, awesome looking windows.

My sale rep Constantine was friendly informative and not pushy. The price point was very good and i am happy with the product. The windows look nice inside and out. The installers were friendly and did the job fast and right. The order only took 3 weeks to arrive. I will recommend Vinyl Window Pro to all my friends.
