Highly recommend!!! I needed some windows and a patio door changed to triple pane. I couldn't be more impressed with the results. I have a stucco house and Tisha and Alex took great care not to damage my stucco exterior. They were on time, worked diligently throughout the day and cleaned up after. They treated my house with respect and they did a wonderful job installing my new windows and replacing the trim. I had other quotes from several other local Calgary window companies and by far Vinyl Window Pro were the best. If you are in need of windows or doors, there is no need to look beyond Vinyl Window Pro. Thank you

I recently replaced all 10 windows and 3 exterior doors in my house. After getting quotes from a few different companies I decided to go with Vinyl Window Pro due to the quality of their product, their pricing, and the warranty included with their installation. They were great to deal with - from salesman Sam to owner Tisha and the install crew. They did a fantastic job with the install as well - my house looks great inside and out. After getting quotes from various companies we decided on Vinyl Window Pros to replace the windows in our entire house....and we are so glad we did! Sam gave great advice on design options and provided us with a fair quote for high efficiency triple pane windows. My only complaint is that after paying the $6k deposit we waited much longer than we were initially told for the windows to arrive and received no proactive communication during this time. However, once the windows arrived Tisha and Alex started the installation and thats when everything changed.....it was discovered that not only were four of my window frames completely rotted but also the sheeting on the house was so damp that you could poke a finger right through it! While my husband and I went into full panic mode seeing our project explode, Tisha and Alex assured us they could help us. They removed the siding as required and re-sheeting almost the entire backside of my home. They made a point to show us all of the damage and regularly discussed the change in scope. The extra cost for this work was absolutely minimal. I cannot speak to how other companies would have handled this disaster but Vinyl Window Pro's were just that....Pros! The windows look great and the service and knowledge were top notch!

The door arrived on time and the team came few days later to install it. Although they ran into some unexpected problems, they were so gracious and just took it in stride, came up with a plan, and still managed to do a very thorough job down to the last detail. Nothing left for me to do, including cleanup. Very happy with their overall service, and not to mention, very competitive prices.

The owner was great, helped us get the windows we want with no pressure. He doesn't beat around the bush just humble and honest and works with you to find the best window grade for your home. Windows came in ahead of schedule and the workmanship was A+, very accommodating and understanding. The crew worked hard and very clean. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Highly recommend Vinyl Windows Pro. The guys were competitively priced and did a terrific and high quality work. They maintain a high standards with their products (we had triple pane windows installed) which were much better quality then the rest when we shopped. The job finish was great and the owner came to inspect the initial job to do the due diligence. Very dependable as we had a follow up visit from them to check up on install. Good job guys.

Project involved site assessment and discussion of upgrade window options; presentation of a quote and installation plan and schedule. Team arrived when they said they would and on time! All conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner. Window was installed with minimal disturbance and site was cleaned and restored in the time projected. A great team!

I recently replaced 4 bedroom windows with Vinyl Windows Pro. I was very pleased with the whole process, from the man who came to measure and give us a cost estimate (no pressure or hard sell), to the installers (meticulous work and a clean up job better than any other I've ever had!), to the actual windows (smooth, easy operation, very clean modern lines). Without a doubt, I will be calling them again next year when I replace the next set of windows.
