After discovering mice droppings in a couple of places, we realized we needed a professional to help us out. I looked on Homestars and Pestend had many good ratings. From the call late yesterday afternoon with Sharda, I knew we were in good hands. She committed to getting me someone for 9-10AM this morning and Tony arrived at 9:03. He was prepared with a mask and gloves and kept a proper distance as we all should during the pandemic. He took care of everything inside the house, and proceeded to find the original entry point, blocked them as well as others he found that could be a problem. All the while reassuring me and my wife and telling us what preventative actions we need to take.
He then proceeded to humanely move a birds nest from our basketball net frame to a nearby tree so the mother could find her babies.
The also guarantee their work, which is very important.
I would absolutely recommend Pestend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but hopefully I won't ever need to.
