Raad Marble & Granite Inc.

We started looking for counter tops almost a year ago as our home was closing this spring. I had emailed a number of places for a quote and Amir was very quick to respond. We also wanted to visit a few places over the winter to get a feel for each place. Well, we didn't get too far because our first and last stop was RAAD Marble & Granite. When we met Amir and Ali, we knew right away that this was the place for us. They were extremely professional, kind and patient. They worked with us and provided us with many samples and ideas based on their experience. Their pricing was also very competitive as well. Even though we changed our minds on the type of stone and colour before placing the final order, Amir and Ali worked patiently with us and accommodated our needs. They truly care about their customers which is hard to find these days. When it finally came to installation, their guys were on time, polite and they kept the place clean by covering up our floors. The installation of our kitchen and bathroom counter tops were perfect. I would highly recommend RAAD to anyone that is looking to replace their counter tops. If they aren't the top marble and granite fabricator in the GTA, they should and will be!

Are you building a custom home? Do you know how some trades can delay, not show up, build in 'surprise' charges, and sometimes do work that you think isn't worth the price you paid? RAAD Marble and Granite is NOT of that ilk. This is the MOST professional, courteous, kind, concerned company in the industry. This review may sound 'over the top' but my husband and I want to make sure that anyone looking for a referral doesn't go with anyone else. There is no one better. I am not one to normally come online to post a review- but when I was doing my own research I came across homestars and saw great reviews for this company- and they were right on!! I had been dealing with outrageous prices and horrible service at another company when I decided to look around. I found Raad marble advertising on kijiji. I went in and met Ali at their showroom- he was very honest, professional, polite- I can't say enough good things. We had an appointment at another shop that we cancelled afterwards because I knew I wanted to work with Raad immediately!! His son Amir was also very professional and came out to my house to measure almost immediately. The turn around time and price were both great and extremely competitive to everything I quoted out!! These guys are wonderful and my kitchen looks amazing!! Ali also came by the day of install to make sure everything was to my satisfaction- 10 stars to this company- I am so happy I found them!

We drove up to their showroom because we liked the look of their advertising and website. Everything was very well organized and laid out, Amir is very professional, efficient and genuinely seems to like his job and want to provide great customer service.
They turned around the install very quickly and at exactly the time we needed them to ensure we met our reno timelines as we have a big project with lots of moving parts.
Their work is excellent, other people on the site commented on how skillful, organized, fast and high quality their work is.
They are also very competitive on price, other quotes we received were much higher for the same work.
In summary - RAAD is fast, efficient, great at communicating, on time, great price, and did a clean and professional job. I would not hesitate to recommend their work, we are very happy.

Another very happy RAAD customer here! Our experience with RAAD was nothing short of excellent!!! Ali and Amir were a dream to deal with and so were their installation guys. I spent a lot of time looking around and must have contacted around 10 suppliers before deciding to go with RAAD. You cannot beat the customer service, quality and value for money. Wonderful guys to deal with. Very professional and I would highly recommend them for Granite / Quartz related work. Amir is very knowledgeable and explained everything during the estimate stage. They completed the job on time and kept the home as clean as they could during the project.

I renovated my bathrooms and had Raad install a granite vanity top. the craftsmanship is next to none. They had it installed in a few hours and left zero mess. I'm very happy with the change and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

I renovated my kitchen and had Raad install an absolute black granite counter top. I cant even explain how amazing it looks. Aside from the perfect slab of stone, the craftsmanship is next to none. They had it installed in a few hours and left zero mess. I'm so happy with my counter top and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
