Servicing and repair of gas fireplace
Bought a condo with gas fireplace that did not stay on. Called Imram who responded within 12 hrs, and I had an appointment 36 hrs later. Came in, evaluated work, described probable causes of the problem. The fireplace was 12 years old, did not look like it was never serviced since installation and showed intensive use. Quoted for service and replacement a couple of parts, but suggested replacement of another critical part which was visibly degraded and could fail any time. We agreed to immediate replacement. Work was performed diligently, very clean and Imram was a real gentleman. We are now enjoying the fireplace and will make sure to have it serviced once a year by Imram.
