He's a true professional--extremely knowledgable, thorough, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Imran spent 2 hours carefully diagnosing and repairing the problem with my pilot light, as well as cleaning each and every element of the fireplace. It works beautifully now and I couldn't be happier.
