Highly recommended! We had all our above grade windows replaced (3 large, 1 medium, 3 bedroom - 7 total) in May 2019. One of our major issues was a large 2nd floor bonus room window facing west which would heat up our house every summer. We opted for the triple pane windows and have noticed a dramatic difference this summer. We are so glad we had our windows replaced and absolutely love our Gienow windows. Installation took 2 days and we had no issues whatsoever. I waited until after summer because I wanted to honestly say our windows exceeded our expectations. They have and are worth every penny we spent. We'll be calling Gienow for our doors next Spring.

I am delighted with my new windows. The whole process was made easy by the Gienow team who were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. The work was done quickly and efficiently - and the cleanup was amazing.

Salesperson was personable, knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. I was given a quote and a possible installation date and allowed to consider before committing. Once we decided to go ahead, I had an install date and this did not change.
All windows were installed in a timely manner and clean up to previous state was done.
I was pleased with the process with Gienow Windows. On the week of our install, there was a lot of rain and I was not sure if the install would go ahead until the day that the installers showed up at my door. I was also not informed that the window trim would not be stained prior to install and I would have liked to stain and varnish prior to the trim being applied. We chose to stain and complete the trim ourselves. Communication could have been better.

Gienow was professional to deal with and used effective communication throughout the process.

The installers who did the work at the house were friendly and efficient and were considerate in terms of the fact that we had a little one and dogs at our home.

Wonderful service. Installation and installers were clean, proffesional and on time. Trevor our sales person was always a phone call or text away. I actually wondered if he ever slept. The office staff were on top of everything. Great communication from all areas. So appreciated the ease of payment and heads up before final payment was put thru
We have the back of the house to do next year and will definitely be giving Trevor a call.

The job looked straightforward but I knew the patio doors were a DIY project. The installers, after acknowledging that it certainly must have been a DIY project went right ahead and resolved all problems with good humour and great efficiency. Although they did not demand it, I did promise them that I would never again install a patio door myself. But not because I don't know what to do, but because I am too old to do it.

Andrew showed up on time and solved our question between a bay and a regular window super quick. We'd put in a extra deep regular slider in our kitchen so we could have a few plants on the edge but not have to pay "Bay" type prices. After that it was easy 5 weeks later Alex and Tony showed up and put the window in quick, effeciently and cleaned up well after themselves. Couldn't have asked for any better.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with and sold us exactly what we needed. The crew of Alex,Tony, and Vlad were awesome. Polite and cheerful and finished the job in a timely manner and did a great cleanup. Highly recommend!
