David is very good at what he does. He's knowledgeable and clever with the electronics. And he's honest. No upselling. He made good suggestions and did superior work. He's now our go-to guy for work of this type. Plus, he's a very pleasant person. Highly recommended!

David installed a new 55” TV and mounting bracket on my very old, plaster walls and I couldn’t be happier with the results. David is a real ‘AV’ guy and was able to connect my 4 wall speakers the receiver, an analog to digital converter, CD player and HDMI cable to connect a PC. He patiently explained how it all worked and left the cables and wires all neatly tucked away. I was very happy with his work and would recommend him to friends without hesitation.

David was respectful (covid protocols), punctual and communicative to start the booking and arrival process.

The work was explained to me in detail and I was provided options for service (save some $ here vs spend etc) giving me explanations for everything.

He setup everything perfectly well and was available for follow up questions that I had a week after.

Definitely no need to look anywhere else for A/V work.

I was looking to have a new flatscreen T.V installed for my Mom. Due to Covid restrictions in the province, I had been forced to delay her being able to enjoy her Christmas gift. I found David,s Installations online and was impressed with the reviews. I left my contact info through the site and he called shortly thereafter. I described the job and the special circumstances involved as she resides in a seniors residence. The attention to detail and level of confidence in his subsequent Q and A made me comfortable and I felt fully informed.
On the day of the job he was prompt, had all the necessary parts and completed the job in the described timeframe. Clean, neat and tidy and it looks fantastic. The only hic-up was my missing a part for the wallmount but David came through with a solution and Mom finally got to view her new screen. David took the time to show her how to use the new tech and she is tickled pink!!! She called me and could not stop explaining how courteous and thoughtful Dave was....and coming from Mom...the best compliment. By the way she is 88yrs young and she still raves about Daves professionalism courteous manners and patience! Thank you Dave!!

David returned to us after four years because we needed help
coordinating our new Rogers Ignite with a custom speaker system for my hearing-impaired husband. There is no problem David can't solve. He is meticulous in his work and doesn't leave until he is satisfied you totally understand how to operate the new system. Rogers Ignite allowed him to greatly simplify how we access our programming (TV/streaming/music etc) We so appreciate all the help he gave us.

David showed up on time, and did a very clean professional job connecting my soundbar and cleaning up all the wiring for my entertainment system. I would say his service was above and beyond what I expected, I look forward to recommending him to family, friends and wouldn't hesitate to call if I need his services again. Super Dave!
