My husband and I were happy with the service provided by Josh and Ray who looked into the matter of scraping sounds heard just above the garage through the bedroom vents. Both men were professional and provided good customer service to us. Thank you again.

Racoons in my chimney. First I had called these guys who charged me $500+ and caught 2 racoons but were unable to put a cap on the chimney! they wanted me to pay to capture more racoons! They brought a ladder that they did not know how to use and was afraid to get on the roof.

Frustrated I called 360. Ray came within 1 hour of my call and was able to explain that I needed to protect my chimney with a quality wire screen. He went up on the roof with a ladder with complete ease when the guys from the first company I called were unable to do even with 2 people! Not only did Ray devise a solution for my current problem, Ray was able to survey my roof, my attic, and my basement to make suggestions for further wildlife proofing of my property. Everything he suggested made sense, and he his work is professional indeed.

Lesson learned. Get the right people. This is the place. DO NOT call a pest control company but a wildlife control company like 360 if you have racoons.

Over the past year, I have had to call on Ray twice for uninvited visitors into our house. First time was a raccoon, second time was a squirrel. Ray gave me the option to secure all possible entry points on his first visit, however I declined. Just about a year later, I had to call Ray back. He has now closed of all access points in the roof. On both of the visits, Ray offered professional service and advice. I would give the highest recommendation for 360 Wildlife Control for anybody who is looking to secure their home from raccoons / squirrels and other rodents.

I heard noises in my roof and I tried a few companies and this was the only one that answered on Saturday early evening. Ray was very calming as I was freaking out with the noise in the roof. He came the next morning he would have come that night but it was dark. He was helpful and helped me calm down and he got rid of the squirrels in the roof.

I came home tonight to my rented basement apartment to hear the scraping and screeching of an animal in my wood stove. After contacting a few different companies and receiving estimates that were extremely outrageous, I contacted 360 Wildlife Control Inc. The gentleman gave me a wonderful price, reassured me and showed up at my door within an hour with his partner to take care of the problem. They were so kind and took extraordinary measures to ensure the animal (a squirrel) was safely caged and let go back into the wild. They took extra time to go up on the roof of the house (in the dark too!) and ensure the chimney was caged appropriately so that no further wildlife could get in. I am extremely impressed with their outstanding, professional service and I would recommend 360 Wildlife Control Inc. to anyone! I will definitely be calling them again if I need any assistance. The claimed "100% Guaranteed Removal" that they promise over the phone, when they meet you and all across their website is a false promise! Used their service, they came, billed me, did some work, assured me that within a few days my problem will be solved. Its been over a week, no result, still have a squirrel living in my roof.

When they came and after I paid them the $350 for their "solution", they than offered me an upsell of roughly $1600, which would be accompanied by "we will do more stuff now to get the squirrel out of the roof". I found this to be extremely unethical as I just paid them for the removal. I refused as they promised the animal would leave on its own within a few days through the one-way door; however, it did not!

When I called the company to tell them that it didn't leave I spoke to the same guy who came to do the job and he immediately said that there will be more fees. I asked him about his "100% Guaranteed Removal" that was promised, to which he replied with aggression snapping at me and saying "I know what I said to you! I was there! Guarantee is on my work, not removal!" - I now ask you, the reader, to go to their website and see the claim for yourself, "100% Guaranteed Removal" is plastered all over it.

This is an extremely low quality, poor service, unprofessional company. Stay away from them by all means!

I had Ray and Sam over earlier today in order to raccoon proof the house as two of them had taken up residence in my attic and were quite content to tear up my soffits and who knows what else. They were nice and professional, installed heavy gauge wire screening over the roof vents (5), roof pipes (2) and chimney as well as installed a one way door so the little jerks could get out of the house but not back in. Quality work and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I live in an older neighbourhood with lots of trees and lots and lots of critters. I first called 360 Wildlife Control when 2 squirrels took up residence in my attic and crawlspace. It was winter but Ray risked the ice and snow on the roof to deal with the problem very effectively. When a raccoon came prowling the next fall, I called 360 Wildlife and once again Ray dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. 360 Wildlife Control is now my go-to company for pests and critters on my roof or in my attic.

WOW what an amazing job! Ray and Sam were quick to respond to the situation. A squirrel fell down into our chimney and was crying for a couple hours. They carefully and professionally got the squirrel out of the chimney, and safely put him back into the wild. All vents, chimneys, and holes were sealed up professionally. Ray and Sam were highly knowledgable with their line of work. Highly recommended!
