Bill and his team just finished transforming our concrete, cold, scary basement to a beautiful space. We now have a playroom for my kids, gorgeous bathroom and office for my husband, along with a laundry room I actually like being in.
Working with Bill and his team was so easy. They had great ideas and were so open with communication about progress, timing and finances. The quality of the work that that was done, from carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, tiles, etc., was fabulous. Special shout out to Grant, it was a pleasure to know him and have him walk us through the process on a pretty much daily basis. My family had never been through a renovation before and it was such a relief that it wasn't anything like the nightmare stories people warned me about.
Thanks to all the extra space, we'll be able to stay in our home for much longer. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Fairney & Sons again.
