We’re really glad we chose Stone Masters to do our counter top which was installed last week and with which we couldn’t be happier, particularly because the team went overboard in ensuring that the long counter that had odd angles, was installed in one piece without a seam. (Zoltan and Zoltan did a great job getting it in!)
As with all purchases, the more the customer is involved, the better the outcome. This is something I appreciated the most about Dan (the owner) as he answered every question, about every detail and made adjustments if need be (in an incredibly efficient manner), ensuring a great final result. Finally, I had a small suggestion about procedure – minor really – but Dan’s response was, ‘We’re always trying to make this operation better, so please send it to me.’ For a company with glowing reviews to still keep wanting to improve says it all!
