Alex from Sierra Air has been servicing my furnace and gas fireplace for over 8 years.
When I purchased my new home last year, he installed the humidifier and will continue to provide me with his annual servicing and HVAC expertise. I will always use Alex because of his personable and accommodating attitude and the integrity he brings to each job. I would highly recommend him to anyone who should need a reference.

Alex, with his company Sierra Air, tore out existing duct work and installed new main ducts for our heating and cooling system. They raised the ducts up about 6 inches in the process, providing more headroom in the basement. Alex and his workman were professional and courteous. They were quick and efficient with the work. They addressed any concerns immediately, within 24 hours.

I found out about them through a friend but I chose them due to a mix of price and reputation. I changed my entire HVAC system with them (AC, furnace, filter, the works) and they were A plus. As a matter of fact they called me after to make sure everything was okay and the installation went fine. From a service perspective I'd give them a 10 out of 10 plus. A company like this is rare to find.

They hooked up my gas heater for my swimming pool after I got a referral for them. The price was fair, they did a great job, and I would recommend them to family and friends if the conversation ever came up.

They installed an air conditioner for me around my house, which is great and I haven't had a problem with it and it's been a couple of years now. They relocated my furnace as part of my renovation project, and that was quick, efficient, and I haven't had any problems to date with that either. They've also helped with a problem I had with my barbecue, which is now also great. They were very reasonable in price and I didn't have to wait for them to come back or anything like that. I booked the appointment and they came and it was in and out. Because of them I was able to have my renovation done on time. There's nothing I would suggest they do differently and I give them a 10 out of 10 because I see no reason to give them anything less.

We had a furnace and air conditioner installed through them and we've been very satisfied with them. We had discussed the price before hand so we knew exactly what we would be paying for and they stuck with that price. The installation went as scheduled, there were no complications, and we were very happy with the service. I'm not sure how to rate them because it's one of those types of things that you take for granted until they die off. I've already recommended them to two friends and they've been very satisfied with their installations as well.

At my previous residence, Alex was one of three contractors who visited to bid on installing a furnace. He stood out from the rest for his friendliness and knowledge and made the removal of the old furnace and the installation of the new one a quick and painless affair. When we moved recently, Alex was the first person I called to install a gas line for our dryer and add a humidifier to the furnace. The competence, courtesy, efficiency, and integrity I have found in Alex in each of the three times he has been in our home is what has made him our go-to contractor for all of our heating and air conditioning repairs and improvements. He's been a pleasure to have in our home and I recommend him without hesitation.

I found them functional, on time, do what they tell you to do and their prices are very reasonable compared to others I have used (I’ve used others and I know what they charge). They're also very accessible-when something happens you can get ahold of them and 9 times out 10 they’re there. They’ll call you back within a few minutes and they’ll take care of the problem. My experience with thes guys is very positive and good and I've never had a bad experience with them. I give them a 9.8 out of 10 because I'd never give anyone a 10.
