I have worked with Bill on and off for nearly 10 years on different projects. This time he built me a beautiful fence. He is reliable, always comes out on budget and Ive always been happy with his work. Whenever Im in doubt about something in my house I contact Bill and hes always available to help out and give advice!

Bill came to do an estimate of a deck we wanted to have done in the summer. He was knowledgeable and tweaked the design to work more efficiently for the space we had available and we love it! Project was done within the time frame specified originally and absolutely zero mess left behind unlike the window company we hired. The wood hasn't warped or split as he was very particular about what kind of wood and the amount of knots it had in it etc. Definitely learned a lot along the way. Very happy with the results and overall personality of Bill. Super friendly and down to earth.

We hired professional movers who did significant damage to our wall. It was a stressful situation since we were having a showing and an open house the 2nd day after the move. Bill was called last minute from the moving company. Bill was punctual, respectful and professional. He gave me confidence from the start that this would be fixed appropriately, and it was. The repairs are invisible. We highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in the future when the need arises.

Bill Vail undertook cleanup tasks without charge to clear damaged trees and branches and make a walking path safe for our neighbourhood children and pets. Bill framed up a wall, added a vapour barrier, insulation, drywall and mudding, then sanded, primed and painted, all this in less than two days. Bill brings lots of knowledge to the project and makes sure you get what you need, including what you had not thought of. His quote was reasonable and he was a pleasure to be around.
