After receiving three quotes for my 20x20 garage build, I decided to go with Gecko Projects. Derrick was punctual, thorough, and answered all my questions. Once the build started, Derrick and his team were professional, respectful, and worked well together. The garage was built on an existing pad and the project required moving a portion of a fence. The work was completed on time, and the site was left clean. I am very happy with the finished project. It was a great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Gecko Projects.

We unfortunately had to tear down our garage due to another company’s shoddy workmanship, built before we purchased our house. It was beyond repair and after having several garage builders assess the situation, and getting three different quotes, we decided to go with Gecko Projects. Gecko was highly rated and came in substantially cheaper than the other quotes, including demolition. Derrick and crew made quick work of the project. Demolition was done in a single day. The concrete was poured and finished perfectly, and they even brushed the curb wall. It was amazing to watch the crew put the garage up so quickly. Framing, siding, roofing, electrical and OH door was done in three days. The attention to detail was great, and Derrick kept us informed with each phase of the build. The crew worked like a well oiled machine, and we are very happy with our new garage. I highly recommend Gecko Projects if you have a garage project!

I had a friend assess Gecko's quote so that he could beat the price and use his crew, but he came back to me in a few weeks and told me he just couldn't beat their price, so I went with Gecko and have been very impressed with their communication, timeliness, and friendly staff.

Derrick and his team did an absolutely amazing job! Our 24x24 garage and 140 feet of fence were completed in record time and above expectations.
