I contracted Mersey via Costco to install a new Furnace and A/C in our newly purchased home. From the very beginning the sales rep, Frank L, was thorough, professional and patient in assessing our home and answering my many questions.
From the moment we decided to proceed with Mersey, their service and care has been excellent. The installation of our new furnace and AC by Berlin and Anthony P was smooth and faultless. They were even kind and patient when my two little boys were running around, touching all of their tools and asking them lots of questions.
After installation, I was concerned about the air flow in the house, and Mersey promptly sent out a friendly and knowledgable service technician, John T (#29), to take a look. He spent time assessing the situation and not only did what he could to improve it, but also took the time to explain why this was happening (largely due to our lack of cold air returns) and suggested additional actions we could take to improve the situation. In a word, he was excellent.
I'm very happy with the service we've received from Mersey to date.
