Dave identified and corrected the problem quickly. He was VERY pleasant. He took time to show me why mice couldn't get in and cause trouble. Unfortunately, the problem was caused by me, and I had to pay for the call.

Mersey sent Jonathon to perform the scheduled maintenance on my furnace. He did a very thorough job, showed me what he was doing, explained why he was doing it, and showed me what I could safely maintain myself to avoid future problems. He was a very courteous and pleasant to interact with.

Service repairman John Park was corteous, on time and efficent.
He explained what the problem was with the humidifier. My father has used your company for a long time and is very happy with theservice.Thank you for the great service.

I called Service Experts (Mersey) Heating & Air Conditioning to diagnose and repair a furnace which was not heating the house. The Service Experts sent (Stephen Oh) who corrected the problem without pressing me to replace unneeded parts. He then looked at other aspects of my heating and cooling systems and gave much needed information on how to operate the systems properly and efficiently.

John Park is a good service person, good knowledge of what is he doing and good attitude. happy to explain and answer all questions customer has, if the cost can be reduce more is better...

I would definitely recommend this company. They have been cleaning my furnace for years and today I signed up for the plus program as well as booked a future duct cleaning. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable and took his time doing the work.

I would highly recommend Mersey without hesitation to my friends and family. I am a member of PEO (professional engineering in Ontario) and one of my tasks at my daily job is to review vendors and contractors to see if they are qualified for our projects. I started to review and interview a number of companies and contractors for replacing my Hot water tank and furnace and I am happy that my experience worked for me and I chose the best one in terms of price and quality of work. They consider the best option for their costumer instead of imposing some unnecessary cost (they told me that my furnace is in working condition and I do not need to replace it Unless I want to have a high efficiency furnace while other contractors wanted to convince me to replace the furnace) . They provide me with a contract which they itemized all the work that they will do with a very reasonable price and time schedule. They have done all those items even more with a high quality of work in a timely manner. I really appreciate the grate job that you ( Aaron Dubeau , John Takla , Bin Guo) did for me and I am considering Mersy for my future upgrading furnace and A/C.

John not only is an expert in heating and air conditioning, he is also a real professional technician who is able to gain your customer trust and satisfaction and I consider 10 /10 for the service that I have received from Mersey and specially from John Takla.
