Poor Customer Service

I am an interior designer in the area, always looking to support local trades. I Emailed these guys several times looking for a quote on a small custom shelving project. no response. Called to try a get an answer, and was told quite bluntly they didn't want to do it - without hearing any of the details of what I needed done and then cut the conversation off. Didn't really appreciate the careless attitude and lack of customer service. Probably won't be recommending them to my clients.
