Andrew Hooper of AC Hooper Home Renovations completed a full bathroom renovation in our loft on Carlaw Avenue in Leslieville. Andrew met with me numerous times before the job commenced, many times outside of regular business hours, to discuss ideas and prepare plans; he also made helpful suggestions on improving our preliminary design proposal. We decided on Andrew after receiving numerous quotes from numerous contractors, because of his professionalism, his portfolio, and his competitive quote. When the job commenced, Andrew completed the work on the timeline he originally proposed, kept a clean worksite, was polite to our neighbours and building management, and responded to their requests and our requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. The finished product was exceptional, especially our custom glass-tiled vanity top and shower. We have received numerous compliments from neighbours and friends on our new, modern, spa-like bathroom.
