Brian had previously tuckpointed our house and last week he replaced large stones on a third floor dormer. He and his wife Shelly did a great job. The stones look amazing and Brian sent photos of the work regularly. The stones were secured with huge bolts and will be there long after I am gone.

A retiring mason evaluated the foundations of our 1926 home and felt it was too big of a job for him. He advised me to be careful selecting a company. Proper technique would be necessary to ensure bonding of the parging that would last more than 10 to 15 years of a quick job with a low quote.
We are very pleased with the results after hiring Parker Restorations. Brian's knowledge and experience was just what I was looking for. He and Shelley worked hard for 5 days removing multiple layers of old parging, filling gaps then adding several layers of new parging. They also did tuck pointing of spots on 3 sides of the house. The before and after photos capture the quality of their work. Highly recommended!

Brian also found some water damage which he addressed with a thoughtful repair. The cost for both services was still less than the quote we received from another company for only the foundation repair.

Brian and Shelley are meticulous, reliable, and very knowledgeable about masonry and restoration and lots in between. I highly recommend them for any project but especially for homes that are over 50 years old because they know better than most contractors what is - and is not - required.

Brian did an amazing clean and professional job repairing and restoring broken stonework and mortar on my stone steps and walkway. He is reliable and did a great job and I am 100% happy with the work. On time and on budget.

The work was done quickly after I contacted Parker Restorations and finished to my complete satisfaction. Very happy to have them work at my house and will definitely use them again. I had a concrete retaining wall that had been damaged by a tow truck and am very happy to have it repaired by them.

Our house was less than a week away to be put on the market, and I left some of the more exterior cosmetic repairs to the last minute, including some brick spalling at the front entry of our house, and a 1"gap that had formed between the house foundation and concrete pad that runs along side, which had settled over time. Brian came by to quote for the work, and I was quickly put at ease with his proposed repair solution. His quote was fair, reasonable, honest, and well below other quotes I had received, and he scheduled me in as soon as the weather (read: ice storm weekend) turned for the better. He and his wife Shelley spent the whole day meticulously working away at the repairs. They really stand by their work. His knowledge and expertise of trade really impressed me, plus the fact that they are the kindest couple you could meet. They worked cleanly, and they were incredibly respectful to my neighbours, and property throughout the process. I was so pleased with the end result, and wish I had them in sooner. Couldn't say enough good things about Parker Restorations. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Removal and replacement of shingles. Repainting of shingles that were still in good repair. The work site was kept clean. They were professional and conscientious.

Several areas around our garage and house needed parging, plus a waterfall pond badly needed repairs. After promptly arriving to do an inspection of our premises, shortly thereafter we received an extremely professionally formatted estimate via email. Each area that needed repair was noted both in print plus with relevant photos of the existing conditions of the area. This estimate presentation proved highly valuable once Brian and Shelley arrived to do the work. It provided an excellent roadmap to monitor the various repairs and to survey the work upon completion. The work was completed efficiently and the result was excellent. In addition, the cleanup afterwards was excellent. Brian and Shelley are pros and also an absolute pleasure to deal with. As well as being very skilled and professional, they are both very warm and friendly and always open to any questions or comments along the way. Parker Restorations gets a 10 out of 10 in our books!
