We had some brick and foundation issues on our 90 year old house. Due to missing eavestroughs, many bricks and the foundation on the northeast corner of the house were crumbling. Parker Restorations replaced about 20 bricks. They took the time to match the historic bricks and parged all four walls of our foundation. The also fixed some step cracks and repointed numerous places. They were professional, thorough and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Brian was able to remove flag stone that was and had fallen off the step and re- cemented the steps and sides of the porch. Brian also without asking or charging extra repaired two cracks in our walk way. Brian was very efficient and also made sure the area was clean once done.

The work was completed both efficiently and expertly, the clean-up was outstanding, and the final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. Brian is very meticulous about his work and it shows. His work is to notch. He was true to his quote and arrived to do the job exactly when he said he would and also completed the job witin the estimated time. I was really happy to find someone who could repair the various things I needed done.

The stones on my front porch were bulging and falling out due to crumbling mortar . Brian and Shelly were able to take the stones out, replace the mortar and set stones back in, blending the mortar so that the repair work was invisible. I was very pleased with the restoration. They were careful in their work, and everything was cleaned at the end of the job. Most importantly they came on the day promised and completed the project on time. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Parker Restorations.

We needed to finish our laundry room after buying our house. The exterior brick walls were in bad shape, missing portions, loose and falling apart. Brian & Shelly were sub'd to complete the project all before Christmas. They were great. Worked around our schedule & put in long hours to get the job done before Christmas. Brian did a great job in removing our old chimney which had been starting to loose pieces of brick. He worked fast and efficiently and the place was very clean after he finished.

He also installed a new eavesthrough on our house and he did a great job there as well.

We were very satisfied with his work.

My front porch which was covered with flagstone over concrete had water damage and had to be redone. Brian was great in giving me alternatives in what I could do. We decided to take down 3/4 of the porch and and repair the house where the porch had been taken down. I believe he was here over two weeks manually doing the work. He did a meticulous job and was very professional throughout the entire process. They are fully insured and had done work for friends who highly recommended Parker to me.
