Ivan's service was fantastic. He was clearly very familiar with the GE dryer that needed to be fixed and was able to talk me through the likely issue over the phone and provided and accurate estimate for repair cost. He was able to come the same day, brought the necessary replacement parts and repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional. He will absolutely be my first call if another appliance needs repair.

The serviceman ( Ivan) came when he said he would, encouraged me to stay with him as he looked for the problem on my top loader washing machine. He explained what he was looking for, found the problem and fixed it, then tested it, and all done quickly and efficiently.
His manner was friendly and extremely courteous and the clean up after he was finished was thorough. I also liked the fact that he didn't mind my asking questions as I watched him work.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company plus I will DEFINITELY call them again should I require any other major appliance repairs.

Clothes washer stopped dead in mid-cycle.. Person who answered the phone obtained details about the machine (age, model number) and listened carefully to my description of the problem and explained there were two likely causes, one easily fixable and one requiring replacement of the machine. Made an appointment for the next morning. Same person called ahead 30 mins before arrival, as he said he would, and arrived promptly at his appointment time. He was courteous and friendly, very skilled, showed me what he was doing, and had fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Had a non functioning oven that required 2 new parts. Ivan of Number one appliance was fast in responding to our request for help and worked very efficiently on the repair, including obtaining the parts at a very relevantly low price. We are now very happy to have our oven working correctly, and would recommend Ivan to anyone.

We have had Ivan here to look at other appliances, and were very happy with his work. I called regarding my oven that suddenly stopped working. Ivan was on a call but said he would phone back in 45 minutes. He called back much sooner, recalling a similar call that he had had a while before. He encouraged me to turn off the power to the stove at the breaker. I had thought I had done that already, but he waited on the phone while I flicked the switches and returned to find that the power was still on!!! The switches had been mis-labeled. Ivan very patiently repeated what I should be looking for, and this time I found the correct, though incorrectly labeled switch. After turning the power off and back on, I returned to the stove to find the oven now worked as before!!! Ivan could have made a house call to do the same, but he was willing to guide me through the process on the phone. Amazing! I would very highly recommend Ivan and Number One Appliance repair!!

I searched for appliances repair online, and found Number One Appliance Service company. Ivan (the technician) returned my call promptly and serviced my refrigerator the next morning, he then picked up the need part and returned in the evening (the same day) to install it. Friendly and polite young man, would definitely call back if needed.
