Faucet issue - replacement part

I have a leaking faucet (after 2 years of use..). I tried to buy the replacement part, but the website (www.moen.ca) was just not accepting my address information for delivery! After just 2 emails to the Costumer Service team, they managed to send me the part free of charge.

broken hose replaced free of charge

we used moen for a part replacement. the moen faucet had a broken hose and they replaced it free of change. it was about 2 years old and they still replaced it for us. they provided excellent customer service, they left it outside after the door hours because we could't get there in time, which we thought was exceptional.
