The guys were great, very friendly, efficient, answered all my questions. They kept me informed as they went and gave me a thorough walk through when they were done. The only issue we had was cleanup. On initial walk through it appeared all back to normal but then my husband got a metal filing in his foot a few days later in the basement and we realized they hadn’t vacuumed it all up. It was an easy enough fix just to vacuum it up ourselves though, and we’re really enjoying the new AC.

The installers did an excellent job installing my apartment a/c. They were extremely, knowledeable polite, professional, and efficient at their job. I searched around a bit, but Air Central seemed to be my best best and I definitely dont regret choosing them. The office staff was also very friendly and efficient; I got an install appointment very quickly. This company seems to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Both Tim and Harley were very personable and professional and on time to do the work. The left my house in perfect condition after doing the installation and showed me the work and explained everything they did to me. I would DEFINITELY recommend their services to any one. The also did our garage furnace which was done in a timely manner and were very tidy with all their work.

Hired these folks in 2014 for an A/C install and they did amazing work. Quick and efficient and the work they did was clean and extremely professional. Recently moved and got myself into a home with an A/C unit so I decided to go with them once again. They didn’t disappoint! Easy to deal with, friendly staff, and the same professional work once again. They are clean and bring in matt’s to lay on the floor (albeit, was just a concrete floor, but that just goes to show the level of care and service).Had a bit of a hiccup with my thermostat which was of no fault to Air Central. I sent them an email late at night (after hours) and within a short amount of time, I received a call from one of the techs who installed the unit. He was over the next day to rectify the situation. I’ve been spreading word about these folks like mad at work the last few weeks. In my opinion, if you don’t hire them, you’re making a mistake. Great work, once again! Thanks so much for all you did and for the outstanding customer service!!

This year we finally decided to get some A/C in the house after a few hot summers. I had called around for a few quotes and Air Central came in with the best overall value. They made it easy for me as well since I was not available during regular hours. I sent in some pics on my furnace, electrical panel etc so they could provide a quote and options. On the day of install the team showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got to work. They played down runners etc to make sure they didn't track in any dirt. Long and short of it they did the install, kept me in the loop as things progressed and did a great job. Some of the spots to run lines and electrical were really tricky and they didnt take easy short cuts or cut extra holes which would have been the easy thing to do. Overall the team was really friendly from the initial call for quote to install. Highly recommend.

Dealing with Air Central was avery positive experience. I just had to send a few pictures, answer a few questions and received a quote the next day. Tim and Harley promptly showed up on time, were very professional, and were very respectful of my property. They answered all my questions and were done in a couple of hours.

I got an estimate by email and sending some photis plus some info. The installation was scheduled within reasonable time frane. The installation team was great! Professional clean job

Definitely recommend Air central

My home had its original furnace from 1976 in it and had a lot of additional work to perform in order to replace with a new system to code. Air Central was able to safely remove it and replace it in one a day of work.
Positives that I received.
- Great value for the money I spent- (compared 4 other providers and determined this was the best fit)
- Care and attention to my property (recently renovated basement they worked carefully in, i.e. no wall dings)
- Duct work, AC lines and vent lines were placed in very thoughtful locations to make future work in the furnace room possible.
- Communication was prompt and use friendly. (email communication and able to get general costs without committing to an in house visit, follow ups and confirmations via email)
- The workers were safe, (observed them communicating clearly as they worked, wearing PPE, quality tools and equipment in good shape. )
Within that day our family has seen a great change in the air quality (we installed a UV system and MR11 filters as well), and the heating quality for our rooms has greatly leveled out.

If you are running an old system I highly encourage you to start looking into a replacement with Air Central.
