DPS was amazing .... I called other companies to get estimates and they just didn't give me the same attention DPS did.... They gave me plenty of options and prices . They're very polite and patient with my questions and finally when we made a decision, they came on time and cleaned up . As with most home renovation projects, you often meet with many companies for estimates and ideas. We did exactly this and were not impressed with the service or creativity several companies brought forth. This was the case until we contacted DPS and Joe. From initial conversations, we knew they were the right choice.
When measurements were taken, the technology was state of the art. DPS was the only company who came with such technology. Joe made suggestions that added value to our home and we never once felt like suggestions were being made just for sales sake.
Our time and job were prioritized and we felt like our business was valued. Questions and concerns (and add ons) were responded to immediately with prompt, professional and very helpful answers.
Our counters were ready and installed exactly as promised. Installers arrived on time and were very careful in our home. They were professional. They worked well together and each person knew what they had to do. True teamwork. They worked efficiently and left without any mess.
Our kitchen is more beautiful than we expected and we are so happy we made the decision to go with DPS. We’ve already made the recommendation to friends and family to use them and we’ll certainly continue to without reservation! Thanks again!

I tell everyone I can: stay away from this company. They made 4 major mistakes (photos to prove it) in my kitchen and then kept the remaining slab for my countertop citing that they needed to recoup costs from a job they had done with another client (see email below). How is that legal?!

They make a habit of not signing contracts. Should have known better.

I've also spoken to two other clients who have had done work by them - each time its the same story: mistakes.

With so many countertop guys in the business, why bother with sub-par work and fraudulent activity? After all - you're inviting them into your home! Take my advice: stay away while you can.

From my first conversation with Joe, I recognized that DPS was different from the other companies I had contacted for our kitchen counter job. I felt like my business was important to him and that no question was too small to ask. Joe was very knowledgeable, and made recommendations that resulted in a great savings to us. Our counters were fabricated and ready for installation ahead of schedule! I was very impressed with the installers as well. They were efficient, hard working and left no mess behind.

From the very beginning Joe was incredible. The selection is very hard sometimes with so many choices and the cost involved but Joe was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Stop looking - you have now found the best company to do your countertops. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and by fluke saw a lawn sign with DPS contact and took a chance. From the first phone call to the final instal JOe and his team exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service quality and truly professional.

They really helped us in every step from choosing the right material to laying out the countertop on the slab.

Their crew also did a fantastic job in rectifying any previous defects from last installation so that everything looked perfect.

We are always nervous when hiring an independent company but we liked Joe and Tony so decided to take a chance. We are very Happy that we did!
We went with Caeserstone, Tony suggested that the seam was best to be done at the sink and if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it! Their crew that installed our counters were great, as well. They were careful, clean and did a terrific job!
