We hired Neil, Shelley and the Monarch team to bring our vision to life. Through the COVID world we were able to work together and produce a final result that we are more than happy with. Each Monarch team member we met along the way was courteous, respectful, friendly and patient.

In 2015 Monarch renovated our kitchen and we were delighted with the company and the work they did. In fact we also had them renovate our two upstairs bathrooms in 2017. Recently one of the kitchen drawers wouldn't close. I wrote to Monarch and the next day the owner called us. He said it sounded like an installation problem and he'd have someone come and fix it when they were working in the area. I was fine with that. I know they are all busy during these covid days and have to be very careful. Within two weeks, the owner was here and fixed the drawer in a few minutes. There was NO cost and the drawer works better than ever. What a treat!

From my first meeting with the Monarch designer, Marion, I was impressed with the care and professionalism of the approach . She actively listened to my wishes and questions, provided answers where possible, and incorporated them into the final design options. The same professionalism and skill characterized the work done by the rest of the team throughout the project. I noticed particularly the high level of team communication and cooperation from the president on down, which was reassuring and made the process of renovation much more relaxing (and interesting) than it might have been. I am totally delighted with my beautifully designed, finely executed, and practical kitchen!

Monarch Kitchen, Bath & Home had originally some 25 years ago done a full kitchen redesign and installation including cabinets, counters, plumbing, wiring and lighting as well as our Master Bedroom on suite including cabinets custom shower stall full plumbing, lighting, shower located steamer unit and heated flooring. We were so pleased with that work that when we came to wanting our kitchen updated this past spring of 2019 we again choose the Monarch Kitchen's Team to do our not so trivial updates. The work they took on was to first remove the existing cabinetry and existing ceramic flooring - install new updated vinyl flooring, update the plumbing and reinstall the previous cabinetry along with our new built-in dishwasher and Microware/Convection oven. To complete the picture Monarch supplied and installed new quartz counters and suppled and installed our new undermount stainless sink and modern new kitchen combo faucets. To complete the work effort a number of different trades personnel were involved. In every case their workmanship was top notch, respectful of our home, highly skilled in their crafts and maintained to every extent possible minimal dust which was no mean feat in itself. What impressed me as well as how well Monarch were willing to schedule their own work with two other trades which we were also using at the same time. To explain, we wanted to update our kitchen lighting and had chosen to refinish our pre-existing cabinets rather than totally replace the older/dated from a color perspective but otherwise beautiful oak cabinetry. Two family friends one a painter by trade and the other a licensed electrician offered to do the electrical and cabinet refinishing work and Monarch readily understood this and were happy to work with these trades to complete our new look beautiful kitchen. We are extremely happy with our finished result and friends who visit our home have nothing but praise over our new look kitchen. Hat's off to Neil and his team.

It was a pleasure working with the Monarch team. It was hands on service from the very beginning. The process was supported by a wonderful team who are all very customer-oriented. This job included the removal of a supporting wall between the kitchen and dining room. Neil and his team were diligent about communicating every step of the way. The on-site work completed by Randy was outstanding. His work was meticulous and went above our expectations. The worksite was maintained and as clean as could be throughout. I am pleased to offer my recommendation of Monarch Kitchen Bath & Home for anyone considering a renovation.

The kitchen reno done by Monarch was perfect, from design, execution to completion all was done to an exceptional standard.
When it came time for a laundry room reno of course I called Monarch and once again they did not disappoint.
All staff were competent and skilled at their tasks. Each greeted the day in an enthusiastic manner and once again gave me an amazing space.

We selected Monarh after doing a lot of research about home renos and hearing many horror stories. From the first contact with Monarch to the completion of the project it has been a pleasure working with the team. Shelley one of their designers helped us come up with our dream kitchen, Scott and Randy worked hard to build it all and Neil the owner stayed in touch with us on a regular basis throughout the project. We had a lot of issues with our house from renos done prior to us moving in, but Neil kept us updated and advised on best ways to deal with the issues. The project came in over budget and was delayed, but at no fault of Monarch. It was unfortunately the issues that were with the house. Monarch did their best and work with is closely thought the project, and I am glad they were transparent and open with us all along. I would recommend them.

We initially started researching & planning for a large-scale Kitchen renovation over a year ago and met with a handful of companies to discuss ideas and learn more about them in an effort to identify the right Partner for the job. At some point in the early stages of the process, we were referred to Monarch and right from the very first meeting with Chantal, our eventual Designer, we could tell they were different. In a good way! Chantal encouraged us to think deeply about both function & aesthetic in each of our preliminary meetings and it was ultimately her outgoing personality, comforting demeanour, industry experience and GREAT ideas that set the hook. From the outset; Chantal was very patient with all of our questions regarding design, materials and overall project-scope so by the time it came for the hands-on work to begin, we were very confident that her style & recommendations were aligned with our vision. In fact; armed with confidence in our selection of Monarch and good vibes from all of the Monarch team members whom we met in the design phase, we expanded the scope of the project to cover the entire main floor of our home. Soon thereafter; walls started coming down. Literally. :) It was complex, involving numerous trades, and Monarch handled it all: demo, clean-up, beams, electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, drywall, trim, paint… you name it. Of course; there were bumps along the way… some unforeseen… a few that could have been prevented… but Monarch owned-it and did their best to identify & deliver effective resolutions in a timely manner. The resulting transformation of our main floor is special and exceeds our expectations. Our Kitchen is now the centerpiece of our home and our new Family hub. We are very impressed with the quality of the end product(s) and the craftsmanship. Equally impressive is the Team that Neil & Sharon have assembled. All of the Monarch crew that were onsite at various stages of the project were personable & professional. Across the board, they were always willing & able to answer our questions, were attentive to our requests and treated our home like their own. There are so many people that contributed to our new space and we can’t thank them all enough. Would I do it again? Not any time soon! But when our next suitable renovation comes-up Monarch will assuredly be our first and only call. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Monarch to friends & family considering a similar renovation.

I am very happy with every aspect of my interactions with Monarch from sales through to the completion of the project. Based upon their excellent workmanship, following through, and ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction; I would highly recommend this company, and use them again.

Great products 1 faulty installation and timeliness (communications of) good have been better. Cleanup folks were timely and very good both at what they do and socially. Installers and reno folks were good. Unfortunately, 4 months for completion of project has held up resulting projects like touch up painting, grout work and picture hanging.
