The crew arrived right on time and ready to work hard!! They were systematic in taking down the old shingles, doing the prep work for the replacement. Each of the crew members had their own respective responsibility and carried out their job within a team framework led by their very well respected and experienced Supervisor. The job was completely efficiently and incredibly organized!! We are thrilled we made the right choice. The cleanup was superb and house looks absolutely beautiful - looking NEW again!!!! Hands Down .. we are incredibly pleased!!

Stephan fixed a problem with my roof 2 years ago at minimal cost and did not try to "sell" me on a new roof at that time, even though other homes in my area that were built the same yearwere already getting theirs done. When we needed a new roof this year, I immediately called him back. He was professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

On the day the job was to be done, he had a FULL crew show up and they completed the job same day. A few minor items were found in the surrounding area (a few shingles, 2-3 nails, some gritty material on the deck), but given how much was ripped from the existing roof surface, it was minimal. Very impressed with the overall experience, including the quality of the cleanup, and would recommend Stephan and Imperial Roofs without hesitation.

Coincidentally, I was at a local event a few nights later and one of the other guests brought up roofing and raved about Imperial and Stephan in particular. Others echoed the same sentiment.

I called this company, and the owner Stephan came out and did the estimate for our roof, which he did in detail. He was here the day they did the work. The workmanship was excellent, Stephan's work crew were professional and friendly to talk to, and did a very good on the roof and also on the clean up afterwards. The fact that halve of the HST would be charged, if you paid cash and you still got a receipt, appealed to us. I would highly recommend his business to other people. It was a pleasure doing business with you Stephan!

They were very prompt, proactive, they privided me the best advised, I listened they schedualked their job, provided me a cost, didn't ask for a down payment... They arrived on time worked very quick and efficient, completed the job properly and cleaned up after themselves very well!!! Ps I had to call them to pay them as they didn't ask for payment when complete..... Good to know there are still reliable contractors out there..

Stephan and his crew showed up early in the morning preparing the site. By the time they left (job completed) the site was very clean.
The roof itself looks amazing and their warranty is EXCELLENT! !

We are extremely happy with the job Imperial Roofs did for us. We needed a complete roof replacement and Stephan was very knowledgeable and he gave us a detailed explanation of the work wold be performed. They were very professional, organized and they documented everything with pictures. They also left completely clean when they left. I definitely recommend Imperial Roofs to anyone! They are professional, efficient and they gave us a reasonable price!

Work done fast and clean. They come in the morning and finished around 4 pm. I paid everything after they finish. The owner very nice person. He explained everything to me and helped ne in choosing the colour and the shingles type.

Great service. We were recommended by family of Imperial Roofs and the great job they do. Mike came out, quoted us, gave some suggestions, no pressure at all!. They then came and left within 1 day, in the timeframe he promised. Clean, professional. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. But, they really did a great job and I would highly receommend them!
