Imperial Roofs

We used Impetial Roofs a few years ago to reroof our house. They were great to work with. Professional and on time, did great work and kept it all on budget. When we had an issue with the roof last year so we had to call them back to the property. It turned out that a raccoon had torn off shingles near a vent. They came right away and took care of it for us for a reasonable fee. Their customer service is great. I would certainly recommend them.

Imperial Roofs was hired to replace our shingles. The process went smoothly. Stuff was knowledgeable and on time. Everything was explained about materials and process.

We recently had Imperial replace our roof and wow what a great experience. When I first contacted the company I was pleasantly surprised that they showed up the same day to give me a quote for my roof. Mike was the only estimator we had that actually got up on our roof to inspect the scope of work to be done. Fast forward to the morning of the installation and I had the pleasure of meeting most of the crew members by name. Robby and Andre were the names of the two who installed the roof and the work they did was absolutely perfect. They worked tirelessly to get my house done the same day and when they were gone it was like they were never there in the first place. Not a single nail or spec of roof debris was left behind.

Imperial Roofs came through when other companies did not. Our garage roof is flat & it was not easy to do. More complex then I realized i.e. moving a drain & 2 different applications . They were very conscious of getting it done in a timely fashion & reducing cost where possible. Stephan came & finished the last step himself.
So far its working much better & we are very pleased.

Everyone I spoke to was very pleased with their workmanship and with the quality of the product. My own experience was exactly the same. Their employees were very professional. They protected my entire property with tarps before starting the job and then worked extremely hard in exceptionally warm temperatures written guarantee. The entire experience was very positive, I could not be more pleased with the results.

We recently had Imperial replace our roof and we are extremely happy with the look of our new roof. Mike and his crew did a great job. They made sure to protect both our home and the homes of our neighbors when the old roof was removed. Mike even took the extra time to deal with a nagging issue we had for years of water dripping on our porch during the winter. I highly recommend this company.
