terrible communication and dishonest

they showed up a month late. took my deposit money. asked for more money the day they showed up, promised to return the next day. never returned won't answer my calls or texts. has the office lady call me and tell me they want more money to finish the job and refuses to refund me for the money for the jobs they didn't do. was supposed to do sod, install sprinklers, concrete pad for shed, patio stone area for kids toys and patio stones along side of the house. only installed the sod and sprinklers. sprinklers weren't even installed as agreed in the quote. This was the worse experience i've ever had with a contractor.
