A Granito World

A Granito world came highly recommended and after obtaining a few quotes we decided to work with them. Vikas was professional, accommodating and easy to reach throughout. He gave his honest opinion about our options and guided us to make the best choice. The installation team were professional and neat. We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen, laundry and bathroom vanity and would highly recommend A Granito world to our friends. We will also definitely use them again in the future. After receiving bad customer service from Scarborough to Mississauga. I was lucky to find A Granito World. I told Vik that I was a bit OCD which he remembered. I wanted 2-L shaped countertops but was told it couldn’t be done. The day of install I was surprised that they delivered 2-L shaped countertops!
Also the veining of the backsplash lined up with the veining on the countertops! He also recommended a sink with rounded corners for easy flow of water.
I highly recommend A Granito World and I would use them in the future!

1. Pre-Installation Service:
- we received many quotes from different companies. Vikas was competitive
- we decided to give the contract to Vikas since he took the time to:
- explain differences b/w companies
- show samples of the look we were after
- he personally came to the house to measure and provide a quote
- he called supplier to let them know we were coming to hand pick slabs.

I will keep you posted on the fabrication & install over the following 2 weeks.

Fabrication: Vik invited to his shop to decide how the veining cuts would look. He knew it would require an extra slab to get the right look overall. I appreciated his honest from the beginning.

Install: Vik sent his crew in. They were professional and finished in 1 day.

Overall, very pleased and would recommend.

I am a repeat customer of Granito world. We just bought our new house and Vikkas installed an awesome kitchen countertop. He is well experienced. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

What a gem! We accidentally found Vic and his business - wow were we lucky! My only regret is that we did not find him sooner! I would recommend Vic and his product to anyone. He and everyone on his team- from his father to the fabricators Benjamin, were nothing but kind and patient. Vic went out of his way to help us pick the right countertop- and stopped us from making a mistake. At every step he checks in with you- he is fast and efficient. We got to see the slabs and then two days later we had the counter top installed! Wow! Even though we were a small job compared to the commercial work he does, we didn't feel any less cared for.
