A Granito World

I was out shopping for Quartz countertops and happened to walk into A Granito World. Vic is a soft spoken and very professional individual who provided excellent customer service and was always polite and helpful with our selection. His prices were very good for the quartz we selected.

I decided on Dec. 9 to go ahead with the renovation and Vic was able to install on Dec. 18th with such short notice. His team showed up on time and Vic came by the house to see the progress.

The end result is beautiful and amazing workmanship. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I had a granito world install my new quartz countertop a few months ago. I liked that it was "one stop shopping" - they replaced my countertop, backsplash, sink, and faucet all in one day! Vik was a fantastic help - him and his team were always prompt, and he even came back the evening of the repair and the following day to help me out with some unrelated kitchen issues.

Vik is great! This was our 6th time working with him and he always comes through. He helped us find the perfect slabs and through his supplier we had many choices. Vik's attention to detail and great advice along with his skilled and service focused installers have always had us looking forward to the next project.
Vik is always available, a great communicator and hands on to make sure the project is perfect.

They are punctual, organized and professional. We have ordered counter top and Backsplash, we have nothing but good words to say about Vikas and his team and specifically his Dad as well.
They are always on time, accessible and prompt to provide their professional advice when it comes to choosing the right stone.

A Granito World had done the quartz countertop and tile backsplash when I reno''d my parents kitchen so when I did my own kitchen I knew the quality of work and service of A Granito World. I didn't go anywhere else and trusted that the price was great (and it was !!!). Vik is amazing at coordinating and advising and is very knowledgeable about his product. Running the backsplash in the matching quartz solved my problem of what backsplash to choose. It gave the wow factor to the kitchen. Having the undermount sink supplied and installed with the countertop made for a very neat install. I chose in stock quartz slabs and delivery and installation was fast. The installation team was meticulous and provided a quality finished product. This was an experience I enjoyed !!!

Our contractor found us a counter top company that was dismal (see my other reviews). I found A Granito World on Homestars and after a few quick emails with Vik and a visit to their show room, picked out a quartz in my budget and I was on my way to a beautiful kitchen once again. It was also nice to be able to see the slab going into our house.

Vik came out to our house to measure, the same day I went in and picked out my counter. He was going on vacation two weeks later but ensured our counters were installed before then. They do great, clean work unlike my previous experience.

My countertops really make my kitchen. I'm so happy with my purchase.

After searching numerous countertop suppliers, I came across this HomeStar review and contacted Vik. He was very professional and honest about the various options available to me along with the benefits and drawbacks of each option. We agreed on a price and he walked me through the various steps along the process. I selected a white quartz with a grey vein with a waterfall design. We also changed the powder room counter top with the same quartz. The results were fantastic!

His installers (Tom + partner) were very professional, competent and were very careful of protecting my home. They brought their own drop sheets, cleaning products, etc. and made sure to protect my belongings and clean up once they were done.

I would highly recommend anyone who is searching for countertops to use a Granito World. They are reasonably priced, professional, and honest. I have used numerous contractors in the past for various services and this was one of the best I have come across. Thank you Vik, Tom and the rest of the team for fantastic work!

We purchased Caesarstone quartz countertop from Granito World in July 2017.

First they won a bidding on our project on HomeStars both by price and conditions.

After that we visited their shop and met Vik in person. Vik is one of the best sales reps I dealt with in a long time. He provides what I call no-BS customer service i.e. he tells you exactly what he can do for you, explains why and what options he can offer, and after you agree, he does exactly what he promised with no surprised, delays, or hidden fees.

Installers are also great hardworking people. I have to say that my wife and I are very picky ( some people may use a word "crazy" ) about perfect fit, conditions, and precise position of the installed product, and sometimes that makes it pretty difficult for us to work with installers that like to cut the corners, do the job as fast as possible, and who "have exactly the same problem at my house and stopped paying attention to it long time ago" :) . I'm VERY glad to say that it was NOT the case at all with Granito World: Installers went above and beyond and spent pretty significant amount or extra time to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work when they left.

Overall, I would like to say thank you to the whole team of A Granito World for the great job and excellent customer service on all levels. I hope to work with you guys again if we decide to change our bathroom countertops too. Hope we did not scare you and you would not mind to work with us again either ;)
