It's autumn and with it, comes the rains. Lots of rain. Which usually stays outside of your home. Unfortunately for me, the rain was happening inside my home too. Unannounced and totally unexpected, the integrity of my flat roof was no more as the rain leaked and dripped into my home. Talking about panic! Kieran was my first point of contact when I called Stewart Roofing. Not only was he professional but caring and took the time to listen and ask me questions so that he could build the scenario of what was happening in my home. Shortly after we ended our call, Stan called me. He was out on my roof the next morning and spent the better part of the morning with me explaining, showing, guiding, and being patient with me. Stan is extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. Did I say caring? Because he is. As soon as the rain let up, he brought his crew and Miguel to work on the repairs. But that wasn’t all they did! They found more issues and immediately began brainstorming on how to repair the new issues. Throughout all this, Stan communicated clearly to me what was happening, what was to be expected, and what he thought would be the best solutions. From my initial call of Help! to Kieran to the final repair completed by Stan and his crew, it was under one week (and that includes a weekend). I highly recommend Stewart Roofing – they are one of the few companies who truly provide high quality workmanship, delivered with professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness. Stan and his staff – they are AH-mazing!!

Getting an estimate was quick and contactless which was helpful during these covid times. Crew worked diligently on a couple of the hottest days of the summer. The roof looks great.

They ensured that the job site was clean and free of debris.
When the roof was finished the foreman offered me a chance to inspect the roof in personal or by viewing photos..

Stewart Roofing was a pleasure to deal with on the replacement of our 20-year-old bungalow roof. Keiran Stewart took my initial call and referred me to estimator Jade. She provided a very competitive price quote along with a brochure of material specifications, list of previous projects, warranty information and insurance certificates. She even suggested a shingle colour which turned out to be perfect! After a couple of follow-up questions, that were answered promptly, the work was scheduled. Alex and his crew arrived early and worked all day and part of the next morning. They were all skilled, professional and friendly. It was clear by their demeanour that they enjoyed their work. The result was a perfect roof and a clean jobsite. Later we were notified that our product warranty had been properly registered. From beginning to end, Stewart exceeds expectations. Highly recommended!

We are extremely pleased with Stewart Roofing. We had two roofs reshingled. The crew is very professional and did a fantastic job. Cleanup was perfection - you wouldn't know a roofing job had been done. I would (and have) recommended them to friends and family.

We live in a semi detached house and along with our neighbour, we were interested in reroofing the flat roof of our houses. Stan promptly came in to give a detailed quote for the job. The communication was complete, the team was very efficient and the job was completed within a few days. We were not asked to pay a retainer, instead paying in full after the job was completed. Stan pointed out a few deficiencies in our previous roofing job and all was remedied to our great satisfaction. Best roofing experience ever. Would not hesitate to refer him for any roofing work.

Over the past six months, I have had two roofing jobs completed by Stewart Roofing. One part of the house is shingled, the other is flat. Kieran’s crew took care of the shingles, Stan’s team looked after the flat roof. I purchased a house two years ago, that had a new roof installed by Stewart Roofing approximately 4 years ago as part of a major renovation project. Over the winter I experienced a minor condensation issue in our attic. I contacted Steward roofing and spoke to Stan the owner and then his son Kieran, from my initial conversations with them I could tell this company was professional, had a customer orientated focus and stood behind their products & workmanship even though I was not their original customer. I continued to monitor the situation over the winter as agreed and had no further issues with the roof.

Denis their service rep came to the house today as mutually agreed due to Covid -19 situation. He inspected the roof thoroughly, re-caulked a number of areas and provided me with peace of mind going forward. I offered to pay him for his services, but refused as he considered this a part of their customer care and warranty service. Furthermore I was reassured that should any issues develop moving forward, they would be taken care of.

I highly recommend this company for any of the services they offer. In my line of business I manage of team of customer support and service reps and I recognize a customer focused and professional organization when I see one.
