"Tom arrived at the home before we did and was already on the roof beginning the inspection. He was professional and thorough. He took the time to clearly explain his findings and to fully answer all our questions. He sent us a written report, complete with coloured photos, later that same evening. We felt comfortable proceeding with the purchase of the property because of his inspection. We would definitely use Tom’s services again and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Tom!"
