Neil was very good at diagnosing the issue and resolving it quickly. It turned out to be issue with breaker. He was helpful in advising us to unplug our computers before the house power was turned off. Quickly resolved overall issue and therefore saved on cost (only took 1 hour)

I have used Neil on a number of occasions for house electrical problems. Most have been issues with our breaker panel that have been diagnosed and repaired quickly and reasonably by Neil. If you are looking for an honest, reasonable repair look no further. We have been happy we found Neil and would definitely call him whenever we have an electrical issue at our house.

Neil has been our go to electrician since 2015. He has done multiple jobs for us including copper pigtailing our aluminum switches/receptacles, moving switch placements, installing receptacles & bathroom fans to name just a few.
He is super friendly, personable, & polite. More importantly he is *extremely* knowledgeable. He has been more than willing to troubleshoot over the phone & talk me thru small issues that I could deal with on my own. He's willing to answer all my questions & then some!
We look forward to him returning soon to help with a few more jobs around our condo. He's worth every (reasonably priced) penny!!

We had a problem with the AFCI breaker tripped in the middle of a long weekend. We tried to reset it with no luck. We contacted Neil and he answered really fast and told us how to do it properly. We did and worked. In less than 5 min our problem was solved.

After buying a new townhome we had a variety of small electrical issues – a fan that wouldn't shut off, a thermostat behaving badly, a noisy fan an outlet that didn't work, and so on. Neil came by and went through each issue. For most of the issues he was able to resolve the issue just with advice – in one case the problem was ducting and not the electric fan, in another place he pointed us to a timer switch we hadn't realized just needed to be reconfigured. There was one "real" problem that required work, which was a power outlet that wasn't functioning. After some fairly exhaustive research attempting to determine how the malfunctioning outlet was wired and why it wasn't working, we both agreed installing a new outlet nearby instead was reasonable. We scheduled a new appointment and Neil got the new outlet wired – works like a charm.
