When it rained hard in a certain direction it would leak in my livingroom. We have a storey 1 1/2 house with a valley and peak over the front door. Even with a newer roof, we still had problems. The boys at Citywide were recommended to us. They came right away and fixed the roof and examined the rest of it.

City Wide replaced our roof in 2006. In June 2008 we noticed a leak. They came and fixed the leak and charged us $200 cash even though we had a 10 year guarantee. Now, 1 week later the roof is still leaking, but they will not respond to our many calls and messages. They obviously do not stand behind their work.

Company Response: We try our best to stand behind our work, the reason the customer was charged the $200 was for a repair due to raccoons this had nothing to do with the workmanship.
Also at this time we were having major management problems and a lot of calls were dismissed without us knowing, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience to all our customers.
But please if any problems don't hesitate to call.

We had our roof re done in Nov 2002 this included our front and back porch.Just this month we noticed that our roof on our back porch in leaking we tried to call the company Made the first call spoke to the secretary she said she would give them the message. I have tired for several weeks no one answers the phone. We went to the address and low and behold they are gone..moved.
If anyone knows where they have moved too please let us know.
Don't hire this company.
