These guys were great! They did an extremely thorough job, and went above and beyond to remove some of the really bad stains. They were punctual, friendly, professional and flexible to our needs. Highly recommended!

I used the carpet cleaning services of Royas at two residential locations. I am very impressed by the quality of their cleaning and their overall professionalism. They are very knowledgeable, and have very good attention to detail. They knew exactly what I needed in order to treat/clean a high traffic area in my hallway with a special cleaner. I found Royas Carpet cleaning as I drove by it's work van. I called and arranged for my carpets to be cleaned in my two bedroom appartment. It was fairly easy to make an appointment with them as they were flexible to my schedule. They came in and set up fairly quickly. Their equipment seemed pretty high tech and did not create a mess. It took them around an hour to spray the carpets and clean them. They got out all of the stains including the new ones my dog had left by urinating on the carpet. Once they were finished they wrote me a receipt and I wrote them a check. They packed their equipment within a few minutes and left. This company has fairly decent service compared to the others I have tried previously. I recommend them as they also use environmentally subtances. Thank you Royas Carpet cleaning.
