Working with Avi and his people was a very pleasurable experience. They listened to our needs, provided very good ideas and produced a beautiful, high quality result at an extremely reasonable cost. Passersby are still stopping to look at our front yard and remarking on how good it looks and how well built it is. They were friendly, hard-working and professional. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

Working with Delta Classic Homes was a very good experience. From the initial meeting with Avi right through completion, the customer service and quality of the work turned out to be top notch. The quality of work is the best I've seen. We are very happy with the finished product. If you are looking to have work done once and done right, there is no one else I would call to do the best job.

It was convenient to work through one guy for our home waterproofing, retaining wall, basement windows, backyard patio and side patio. Avi is trustworthy and capable of adding value on all the projects. We were very content with the quality of work for all the projects. Although the waterproofing got delayed, overall the work was done timely. You get the distinct impression that they care that there customer is happy with the work and they are willing to return to the job to meet expectations. Pricing was competitive.

We were in the final stages of a total back yard renovation. We had been at it all summer long. The last stage was the patio. We contacted Avi at Delta after a reco from a family member. Avi and his team were prompt in providing a quote, started on time, and completed the task with just a little extra time over the proposed due date. In reno work just "a little extra" is an accomplishment. The guys where pros! They lead us through some of the challenges we might experience with our plan, proposed new solutions, and executed them perfectly. It was my first experience after many where I didn't need any follow up work or fixing. NO CORNERS WERE CUT in doing our job. I highly recommend Delta for any patio work…but after I use them again!

We had a bit of a rocky start with Delta due to a couple of aggressive subcontractors, but Avi and Paul quickly fixed that situation by firing them and bringing in a couple of different guys to finish the job.

Sylvester and Eugene came in and noticed that our waterproofing and interlock job was actually a foundation job. They took us through everything and showed us just how awful our foundation was (you could see the drywall... no waterproofing and no insulation!) They worked quickly in between other jobs (since they weren't originally slated to do our house) and got it done pretty quickly. Then we had to wait a bit so they could finish a job and finish our interlock.

My husband and I are incredibly happy and impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and talent of this team.

AVI AND HIS CREW CAME ON TIME, THEY ACOMPLISHED ALL THE WORK FROM START TO FINISH.THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPATIBLE, AND THEIR REFERENCES WERE VERY STRONG.THE JOB WAS CLEAN, QUICK AND THE CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND QUITE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH DELTA. I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Delta Classic Homes installed an interlocking driveway and power washed the existing interlocking patio outside our home. Delta did an excellent job for us and once the project began, completed the work in a timely manner. We found both Avi and Paul to be very service oriented. They monitored the project and responded quickly to ensure the results met both their own and our expectations of a professional job. My husband and I are happy with the quality of Delta’s work and results. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

They did a great job refacing my front steps. The interlocking stonework was also well done. They reinstalled some flagstone and the final result looked better than the first time it was installed. The work was done with great precision. There could have been better communication between the manager and the workers regarding some details of the work that we requested. In the end, we were pleased with the results.
