I need to replace my 20 year old garage doors. Chris provided the quote and came to do the job in just a few days since I don't need windows on the doors so we don't have to order them. Chris and his brother came in the morning and finished the job on same day including the caping of my garage door frames.
Chris and his team did a very good job on the project and my neighbor may call him to do some work on his garage doors too.

Chris was extremely helpful in supplying information and suggestions as to how we could best repair/replace our broken door. I have used Easy Access several times over the years. Chris is very professional, punctual and has great advice on the best garage door for your home. He works fast and his prices are very reasonable.

My garage door was an old wooden one that I didn't take care of. My chain drive opener was old and didn't have the battery backup option. Chris did a quote and was very professional giving helpful advice where to spend money and where it wasn't necessary. He did not attempt to oversell me on any features, nor did he skimp on the quality where required, which made me choose his service over the others.

The brothers arrived on time and were quick to start and finish the job in less than half a day. They replaced my whole setup including the removal/disposal of old garage door and installation of opener, rails, springs, vinyl flashing, and door.

Overall I am very pleased with the quality, cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. I have two small, cosmetic suggestions to make them an 11/10:

1) when mounting the vinyl flashing, use the method that doesn't show the screws (I have seen others do this)
2) if possible, don't leave the housing on the opener hanging open when done. I still see my neighbours hanging down.

We finally replaced our Pre-historic (okay 25 year old) garage doors. Chris walked us through the process, options and offered his recommendations, as did other suppliers. We were impressed that he seemed interested in our project as three doors are a lot to live with if you make the wrong choice. Chris' quote was competitive, and his team completed all work in one day, leaving the area clean and tidy when they were done. We don' t have any hesitation recommending them.

We had an aging 16' wide wood garage door with a set of 4 window panes on top and we wanted to replace all of that - Chris suggested wisely that we could have a taller door with windows built in it - something we didn't think of - and frankly the other contractors didn't suggest either. Chris and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish - he gave us a fair quote on quality products and they completed the removal and installation in 5 hours.We are very happy with the work Chris did - our house now looks refreshed and new. We would highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone!
