I had the remote malfunction within one month!
They would constantly change the service date.
Never showed up! Now they want to charge a $150 service fee.. I am 60 years old and have never worked with less professionals in my lifetime..

We installed blind for you 2 years ago. After 2 years you called yesterday and said that you sent us 100 emails. Our customer received shows we did not receive even one email from you! You was rude and used swearwords on the phone. Maybe this kind of communication is okay in Mexico, but Canadian culture and businesses don't accept this kind of communication. You can't use swearwords to our customer service representative on the phone and they will hang up your call then as you did yesterday! If you have discussion about your job you can call us and be nice and polite on the phone and you will get proper service. Thank you
