Gitano Roofing

The wall flashing over the garage came off during the last windstorm; we called Slavik to re-install and he came right over and got the job done.

I selected Gitano roofing to remove old shingles and re-shingle my roof and I'm glad I did.
From our first of many communications both Sabrina and Vishal were very forthcoming and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Sabrina was always keeping me up-to-date on materials delivery and the date for for starting the job. They also cover their work with an extensive warranty period.
On the start date the work crew arrived very early in the morning and immediately began making preparations then started working on the roof. They worked at a very fast pace and completed the roof work so quickly that I was concerned as to whether they did a thorough and professional job. Both Vishal and Sabrina assured me that the roofers are professionals and their work is very high quality. The yard clean up was very thorough and the crew ensured every scrap of debris was removed.
They sent me photos of the completed roof and I have to say that my new roof looks really pristine.

This is my second time using this roofing company in the last few years as we moved recently. The first time they did a great job and when I had a small issue afterwards, came to fix it up right away. This time we moved in and found the roof in way worse shape than we realized after a storm. They were able to arrange an urgent job for us. The crew came out and were very efficient and professional and finished the job in 1 day with everything cleaned up. They responded quickly to any questions and had good communication with us. Would highly recommend this company.

This was the third time I recommended or used Gitano Roofing. We were not disappointed. From the estimate to the roofing job Gitano Roofing was always in contact or could be contacted. Did an great job installing roof new vents, added some as well and replaced some plywood. Gitano uses excellent and knowledge people from Office Staff ,Estimator, Delivery Driver, and Roofers. I had a new roof put on in 2021. I had been calling 5+ roofing companies to get them to come and take a look and quote, and all but Gitano were unresponsive, or said they would come and never did. Slavik came out within a few days of me calling and gave a very fair quote. I had new plywood and shingles placed on my semi-detached and the crew was very professional and really took time to make sure my yard was kept clean. They even put my garbage out for me on garbage day! 1 year later my roof still looks great and there have been no issues with any of the wind storms weve had recently. Would definitely recommend Gitano.

We have the roof done by Gitano few years back. The last big snow dump caused terrible water leaks like a waterfall from the ceiling. We called and Slavik was able to come to check on the problem and he came again to check on the shingles and remove all the snow that was sitting on the roof. The leaking stopped. Thank you Slavik.

I had wind damage that required replacement shingles. I contacted Gitano Roofing and was contacted the same day with Slavik as their contact person. I was able to contact Slavik and arranged a appointment for the next day. The job was completed in a timely manner with before and after pictures to confirm job completion and inspection of roof. Timely appointments and prompt job completion are examples of professionalism. I highly recommend Gitano Roofing.

The team at Gitano installed a new roof for me in 2018. I noticed a few singles on my driveway after a recent wind storm. I wasn't sure if they belonged to me or my neighbor. I called Gitano Roofing and Slavik came to have a look. He made a separate trip, went up to the roof, took pictures and followed up with me. Thankfully the shingles didn't belong to me and everything was intact. More importantly - he didn't charge me a thing and was very professional during the entire interaction. Exceptional service all around.

The wind storm blew away several tiles, and I called 4 companies for quotes. At Gitano a courteous lady clearly explained the inspection costs or simple fixes quotes, and let me know Slavik would be in touch.
He came with his team a day later and sent clear pictures of the roof before and after repair. I paid and mentioned a tile had blown away after the repair. They came back a few days later to repair at no extra cost. Also asked about the state of my roof ; he indicated it still had 5 or 6 years before it would need replacement. In other words he was honest and did not lure me into a roof replacement- which is what I thought it needed. Truly satisfied all around.
