The windows are ok but the screen are very flimsy and fall off very easily.
If you have pets I definitely wouldn't recommend windows with screens that fall off so easily. The Caulking job is terrible and was several inches thick. I had so many negative comments on my windows after installation. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company and wasn't very impressed with the customer service.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about our company. The things that you mentioned are not exactly as written and needs to be cleared.
We called quite a few times and sent emails in order to schedule an appointment to remove the new recently applied caulking and re-apply it to your satisfaction but you refused.
We also explained to you that the stone finish on your house requires a thicker layer of caulking in order to protect from any possible water leak. The regular thin layer of caulking would not work in your case.Windowtech Team
