Oleg from Windowtech came to give us the quote for the windows in our house. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain window options and features and gave us a quote on the spot. He was really good at responding to emails and was very patient.
Their price was the best one, when compared to similar quality windows (I had three quotes, including one from Home Depot).
The installation crew came and installed the windows (brick to brick) on the date we had agreed on. They were respectful and they knew what they were doing. They also kindly re-installed the blinds in the bedrooms for us!
The installation took most of the day and the floors had to be cleaned after. I placed sheets over furniture that was close to window openings and that helped a lot with the dust from the window removal.
