Great effort by Mike and his crew! It was the first stage of replacing my windows...and it was done well.
The sales representative (Ken), offered to us a very good deal and we decided to do the first stage with Windowtech.
I like the look of my new windows and i also feel the difference during the cold weather period.
I will prefer to use the same company for my next project!

It was a pleasure dealing with this company from the first meeting with Ken until the complete installation by Chris and his crew. It was a very detailed explanation and presentation by Ken. He brought to our attention some options we never thought about and that was really helpful. The installation of my windows went smooth. Good job and good product!

Excellent experience! We had all of our windows and the front door replaced by Windowtech and we are very satisfied. The whole process was very simple and straightforward. The representative that came to our house to give us the quote, Leon, was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered our questions very thoroughly and helped us decide which options were best suited for our home. Unlike other representatives that visited our house, we did not feel pressured whatsoever to make our decision on the spot. Leon gave us the quote and told us to take our time to decide. Ultimately, we decided to go with Windowtech because their prices were very competitive and Leon's excellent service made us feel comfortable to do business with this company. Inferior quality produces. We had this company install a very large front window, a bathroom window and sliding glass doors in the back of the house. The back door was supposed to be replaces with the same kind of door we had, they installed it minus the outside storm door. When questioned about that, they said they don't carry that type of door. I would not have had the door replaced if I knew I was going to loss my storm door....now the snow bleeds thru the screen and fills the tracks with snow, making opening it difficult in the winter....though recently the screen door just fell off when I was trying to close it.

The front window appears to have some installation issues, when there is a strong wind it sounds like the frame is cracking and moaning as though it is going to pull the front of my house off. When I question this, I was told "well it is a big window". Really? Because it is no bigger than the one they took out and it never made those scary noise before.

The bathroom window is supposed to vinyl. It was only installed a year and half ago and it is rusting. They tried to say this was mold when I reported this, though their installed confirmed it was not mold and there was hole/dent in the vinyl.

I have been trying to get them to correct these issues for months. The installer has been back to my house at least 3 times since the installation and when we call the office about the report, they tell us none was filed.

I would never use this company again or recommend them. It seems like I will have to hired another company to fix what they have done and pay AGAIN to have my windows and door fix.

My wife and I wanted to have our windows replaced and also get some window shutters installed. We decided to contact three installers (large, medium and small), all were highly rated on HomeStars.
We met all the contractors, one price was very high, two were very competitive, but only one had everything we wanted (the windows and shutters). It was like a one stop shopping. The company we chose was WindowTech. We met the salesman Ken on Thursday, August 21, 2014, he was very professional, not pushy and provide us with all the required information. Ken was able to coordinate the windows and shutters installations without any problem. It was an easy and seamless project for Ken and WindowTech. The windows were installed by Mike and his crew, they did an excellent and clean job, could not have asked for a better group of individuals. Two days after the windows installation, Nada came and install the window shutters. We are very pleased with the new windows and shutters. I also had the opportunity to speak with Amy,(the office representative ) on a few occasions, she too was very professional in handling any of our concerns, always return my call or get someone to contact me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone - excellent job and great employees. Would not hesitate to rate this company as a 10.

We had all the windows in our house replaced by Windowtech, and we found the experience easy and very satisfactory (which for renovations? YAY!!!!). From the initial estimate, where we were talked through the variety of products and were able to pick our finishes, to the measurements, and installation, it was all very smoothly and professionally done. Every visit was done by an individual who arrived at the promised times, completed the tasks for the day within the time estimates told, and completely cleaned up after themselves. The installers even took care when entering and exiting to prevent our pets (1 dog, 2 cats) from playing escape artist. Overall, A+ professional service, and we're very happy with our new windows :)

It was our second stage with this company. Same as before, the did a good job and the price was very good. This time we did our front and back doors and it looks great. Our neighbours and friends love it.
My next stage will be adding vinyl shutters on the windows. I'll definitely use the same company!
