Windowtech did a great job. Jerry, the sales rep was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We replaced the front and side doors and two windows in December. We were very pleased with the quality of the products and how the job has been done. In March we hired them for the second time. Both installers' teams were quick, neat and professional. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed and the overall look is impressive.

Windowtech replaced 7 windows and two doors including the front door. Oleg provided us a compatible quote and explained the detail information of the windows and doors. They finished the job within two days as promised. Quick and professional installation.Clean inside and outside before leave. Amazing door matching our house layout.

Very professional sales representative and his installation crew.We were looking to replace all windows in the house. My experience with this company was great! Ken from Windowtech came to our house and was able to explain and present in detail his product and its advantages. He gave us so many different options to choose from. He did his best to fit in our budget and we felt really comfortable giving him our business. The installation crew came at early morning to start and left by 7pm after replacing all my windows. They worked hard and replaced window by window in order to keep the house warm in these cold days. I'm really impressed!

My husband and I decided to replaced all windows and a front door in our house. We've got multiple quotes and the quote from "Windowtech" was the best. Oleg who gave us a quote was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was professional and we didn't feel pressured or rushed throughout consultation. He also went through various options and answered all our questions or concerns.

The windows and the front door were installed on time. Installers were extremely skilled and polite.

And we are very satisfied with the job! Ken was our representative and we trusted him from the first day. He gave us options than nobody else did, and we had 2 more estimates taken during the process.
We wanted to replace everything but were limited on budget, he offered us low payment flexible program which allowed us to purchase everything we wanted in one shot.
The installation went smooth, took 2 days. Ivan and his crew did an amazing job! Cleaned and disposed old windows and doors after the installation like promised.
We are very satisfied and will recommend Ken and Windowtech to all our friends!

i love my windows they look amazing and so far so good. My only complaint would be the clean up. They left a mess outside. I took a small video to show Leon when he does decide to show up. The two guys were nice, polite and had no problem with them at all. Again the only complaint is clean up inside my house as well. Their vacuum was broken. So we had to clean up inside. Again not happy with that. But i am telling everyone to use this company because the windows are AMAZING. They just need to work on their clean up. Now this is just my review for my house on cleanup. Again i would use them again and hope for better cleanup.

The problems with this company is many. First off, the two men worked quickly but not efficiently. While one was installing the door, the other, rather than help him, was installing the window(s). At a freezing cold temperature in February, the shell of the front door had been left open for a very long time and the house remained cold long after they were done. Mind you, between their breaks and whatever else, they probably worked for a total of 3hrs. For 6 windows and two doors plus screen door, this job should have taken considerable more time. Secondly, the tarp was only placed in a very small area and they both walked around the house with their snow dirt boots. My house was filthy and it took me hours to clean! Truly unimpressed! Lastly, the windows are very light weight and have more condensation than my older vinyl windows. There is so much water that I need to constantly wipe off every day. I do not believe that these windows will last as long as my previous ones. I would not recommend these windows to anyone. Time will tell with the doors...
