Floor Coverings International

Sue helped us with tile selection for our shower and bathroom floor. She is a very knowledgeable and is very customer oriented. We picked up the tile and had it installed by our own installer. Recommended. Thanks.

The carpet selection from FCI was great. We had new carpet put in the basement and on the stairs, but it was mainly the service from Doug Critchley that was outstanding.

They provided the tile for bathroom ensuite and carpet for whole house. They did not lay the tile themselves but they installed the carpet and did a good job. Very efficient, great work.

They put in wood floors upstairs and carpet on the stairs. Their work was awesome they were on time, very clean and the communication with the installers was great. They are a ten and I’d definitely recommend them.

We hired Floor Coverings International to replace our hardwood in on room, refinish in a couple of others and re-carpet the whole 2nd floor including the stairs. They had three different crews come in to do the different parts of the job and all three crews were a delight to have around. Doug the salesperson was also great to deal with.

I think I found them on the internet (I honestly can't remember though) but we shopped around and found their price to be fine and got a good feeling from the people working there. They were good because we were doing other renovations in the house at the time and they were pretty flexible with the schedule when we were experiencing delays with other companies.

I'm friends with one of the co-owners but we did shop around to other companies first and found them to be competitive. They put flooring in our basement and they were on time and on budget. Everything went really well and the flooring has been great since.

I found out about Flooring Coverings International through the Business Networking club BNI and I've used them for several purchases now. The last purchase that I did with them were some carpet bags (I have some area rugs that I needed to have a place to store). I'm very happy with everything with them. My only complaint is that the guy that I deal with could be better looking (I'm kidding).
