Ron from Sensational Roofing came to us as a recommendation of another company that we use and trust. We needed the main vent on one of our two attics replaced with a larger one and new ones added to our second attic. I also needed a vent installed for a new fan I was adding to our new bathroom. Ron's price was fair, the work was done promptly and professionally. What more can you ask for. Had water damage on the inside of our front hallway wall. Called Sensational Roofing who explained what it could possibly be due to the location of the water. Was out the next day. Did a full assessment and quoted the job. Within a day, Ronald was onsite to install ice and water shields, as well as flashing in the trouble area and deicing coils. Ronald was able to get the job done quicker then others were willing to come out and assess the damage. This is a review for the repair work Ronald has completed for me roughly 2-3 months ago. My eavestrough was partially damaged by the weather, and I also needed my downpipe disconnected from the city sewer, with my existing down-spouts extended. Sensational Roofing was recommended to me by another company with great reviews on HomeStars.

Ronald responded promptly and provided a reasonable quote for the work after assessing the damage. Although my eavestrough was of an older type, Ron was able to find the parts required and repaired my eavestrough the next day. Ronald also performed a general inspection of my roof while he was on the roof.
